In a quiet location, the house is only 20 meters from the sea, 2 minutes from the port and the village center where you find a supermarket, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy.

Colonia de Sant Pere is a small urbanization in a very quiet location on the north coast with the mountains in the back and the sea in front. Here you find a variety of pristine small beaches and bays as well as kilometers of hiking and cycling trails through the nature of Majorca.

The ground floor consists of a large living / dining room with SAT TV and exit to the terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen with exit to the terrace, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Two further bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, the main bedroom with sea view terrace and a bathroom are on the first floor.

Outside there is a large terrace which is partly covered and which surrounds the whole house as well as a covered barbecue area plus an outdoor shower to get rid of the sand after visiting the beach.
